Taorminas Cooking Course at Villa Britannia is a brilliant opportunity to equip yourself with the skills, knowledge and confidence to prepare wonderful Sicilian mouth watering meals, on our friendly, fun, and educational cooking course.
It will be held on request in the private kitchen of Villa Britannia , Taormina with Carmelo “u boss”, a previous owner and chef of one of Taormina well known restaurant. Now Carmelo is retired and enjoys sharing is knowledge of food and techniques in the kitchen. These cooking lessons are highly recommended and an excellent way to get the real feel of our cuisine and our attitude towards food.
The cooking demonstration /cooking lesson will start at 10.00 am and finish at 13.00 . You will then have the option to enjoy this 4 course meal accompanied by our Sicilian wine (Red or White) , mandarinetto and coffee on Villa Britannia’s terrace.
The menu will be set together as the products are selected depending on the seasonal produce and they are picked at Catania’s best local market by the chef himself “u boss” the day before.
